A SALUTE TO MIKE ROSENBERG

Mike Rosenberg has been the #1 fan of Maimonides School athletes, students and graduates for nearly 40 years.

A Vermont native, he cut his teeth as a journalist before joining Maimonides School in 1987 as executive director, overseeing all non-academic school functions. In 2003, Mike became head of alumni relations—a role in which he became keeper of alumni achievements, life cycle events and honors for nearly two decades. In that role, Mike nurtured warm relationships with more than 2,300 graduates of Maimonides School and detailed their accomplishments in a monthly newsletter, Kol Bogrei Rambam.

In June of 2023, Rosenberg retired from his full-time work at Maimonides School after 36 years–double “chai,” as he has said. Although he has returned to his journalistic roots covering local news and sports for an online newspaper in Bedford, Mass., Mike remains an integral and irreplaceable part of the Maimonides School family. He produces Kol Bogrei Rambam as a consultant and is a stalwart champion of Maimonides students, teachers and graduates around the globe.
